KikiKart - Return & Replacement Policy

Eligibility for Return (RTO)
  • Returns will only be accepted for defective items, size-related issues, or items not received.
  • A return request must be registered within 2 days of delivery.
  • Return requests after 2 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Reasons for Return
You may be eligible to initiate a return if:
  • Defective, damaged, or broken items
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Item not matching the product description or images
  • Item not received (subject to delivery verification)

Conditions for Return

  • To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
  • Must be returned in its original condition.
  • Must include original packaging and tags.
  • Return approval is subject to verification by the KikiKart team.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Sealed items such as cosmetics, food, and digital goods.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Undergarments or other personal health/safety items (unless damaged or incorrect).
  • Change-of-mind purchases

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a seller error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), KikiKart will cover the return shipping.
  • If there is no error from the seller's side, return shipping charges will apply. The cost may vary depending on the product's size and weight.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the buyer’s original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card or bank account).
  • If the original method cannot be used, KikiKart Credits or Vouchers may be issued.
  • Refund timelines are determined by KikiKart and may vary based on payment method and return processing.
